Lake Michigan

Lake Michigan is one of the five Great Lakes of North America, bordered by four US states: Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan. With an impressive surface area of approximately 22,404 square miles (58,026 square kilometers), it is the second-largest Great Lake by surface area and the fifth largest lake in the world. Lake Michigan also has a maximum depth of 923 feet (281 meters), making it the second deepest Great Lake.
